1. Quotes: Quotes are valid only for 30 days from the date when it was was issued.

2. Deposit invoices are required before work starts.

3. Content to be used within a website should be supplied within 30 days.

4.If content is not supplied within 30 days, the comissioned work will be cancelled. Refund of deposit will not be provided.

5. Payments refused by the bank or credit card company will incur a £25 administration charge.

6. Scottish Internet Services expect payment within 7 days of the date on the invoice. Late payment will have a 10% interest charge added to the total amount of any bill which is late.

7. The client can cancel the commission at any point of the development, however they will be invoiced at an amountmay do so but will be invoiced an amount that we beleive to be to be proportional to the amount of work completed on the commission.
